返品送料
破損・不良品による交換の際の送料は、当方にて負担（着払い）いたします。

■ ゆうパック配送における破損について
ゆうパック配送時の破損につきましては、郵便局の損害補償制度を適用いたします。補償適用には、作品本体だけでなく、外装（封筒・箱・緩衝材等）の現物が必要となります。
郵便局員による現状確認が行われますので、お届け時の状態のまま必ず保管をお願いいたします。
外装を破棄された場合、補償対象外となり交換・返品をお受けできかねますので十分ご注意ください。
（※万が一、同一作品の再用意が難しい場合は、他作品との交換、またはショップポイントでのご返金とさせていただきます。） 
不良品
商品到着後、即日ご連絡ください。返送後、良品と交換。良品が無い場合のみ返金致します。
■ゆうぱっくで発送で破損の場合
ゆうぱっくで発送の場合の破損は、当方で郵便局に損害補償手続きをするため、アクセサリーだけでなく、外装(封披・箱等)についても必要となります。
必ず保管してください。(郵便局員が破損を確認にいきます)
交換の時も再発送を郵便局が負担するので、確認に行かれます。)
外装を処分された場合は損害補償の請求ができない為、返品不可となります。ご注意ください。
他のアクセサリーと交換。もしくはポイントで返金となります。

【未入金自動キャンセルについて】
銀行・郵便振込等にてご注文後、期日までのご入金がなく、事前のご連絡もない「無断キャンセル」となった場合、誠に恐れ入りますが、以降のお取引（新規ご注文・お直し・メンテナンス等すべて）をお断りさせていただきます。

限られた希少素材を用いて手作業でお作りしているため、無断キャンセルは他のお客様へお届けする機会を損ねてしまいます。

長さ・サイズ変更の場合は追加料金を頂く場合あります。
 
引渡し時期
注文確認メールに振込口座番号、商品発送予定日、発送方法等をご連絡いたします。

ご入金確認後、通常約１週間〜10日程かかります。

長期不在・住所不備による返送について
郵便局での保管期間は【7日間】となります。保管期限を過ぎ、当方へ商品が返送された場合、往復実費送料および手数料をご請求させていただきます。

再発送をご希望の場合は、再発送用送料（お客様ご負担）をご入金確認後の発送となります。
